While running my own business for ~5 years, I got really good at making processes more efficient. And honestly, I love finding even better ways of doing things whenever I can.

Bringing my whole self to my work is what allows me to think creatively. Although seemingly unrelated, I frequently draw from my background in theater, music and arts management in my design work.

In whatever capacity you work with me, you’ll find out quickly that I’m big on streamlining processes. A mentor of mine instilled in me the phrase, ‘if you see something, say something’. While not everyone likes to hear it straight, you can count on me for that. In my opinion, being honest early improves the final product while removing ambiguity. Less ambiguity = more productivity.
